The small print

 The 4 metre bell tent requires about 5 metres space flat-ish grass to allow for ground ropes to be safely pegged out. It is your responsibility to ensure there is enough space at the required venue when making a booking.

• We only use battery and solar power lighting in the tent.
• Tent hire can be for day, evening or sleepover – talk to us to make it work for you!
• 4 metre bell tents are suitable for up to 12 children around small tables (15 or so if you take the tables out and use the party box option instead of place setting) and 8 for a sleepover. We recommend adult events are for 6-8 people depending on the type of event – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
• Our tents have a 2.5 metre head height so plenty of head room.
• Prices are for the 20km radius of the city – please get in touch for costs outside of this area.
• The tents are 100% waterproof with a fully integrated zipped in groundsheet however we can not have heating inside the tent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A non-refundable 25% of the total is payable in order to secure the booking.

• The balance is due 2 weeks before the party.

• A returnable security deposit of $200  is payable on the day of the party. The security deposit covers damage, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required. This will be returned when the tent is collected, minus deductions if applicable, which will be fully itemised.

• You are responsible for any loss and/or damage caused to the equipment regardless of culpability.  As such, if the security deposit is insufficient to cover the costs incurred to Bell Tent Party, you must agree to pay all costs to rectify this.

• Bookings are confirmed when a completed booking form has been received along with the 25% deposit.

• Bookings received less than 14 days in advance of the party will require payment to be sent in full.

• Notice of cancellation of the booking must be received not less than 14 days prior to the party.

• Cancellation of less than 14 days prior to your party will result in 100% of the hire charge being forfeited.
