How much space is needed?

The tent floor is a 4 metre circle but we need a further 1 metre all the way around to allow for pegging out so a total of 6 metres of flat-ish grass space.

What happens is you arrive to set up and there is not enough space?

Sadly, any money paid is non refundable in the event of this happening.  It is your responsibility to check the space prior to booking.

What is a party box?

Party boxes can be provided instead of the place setting (plate,napkin, cup,straw) and will be coordinated to the theme/colour.  They are empty and ready for you to fill with party food.

Are helium balloons included in the hire price?

No, it costs $15.00 for a helium balloon table display which can be tied in with the theme/colour. Please le me know when booking.

How do I make a booking?

There’s a booking form on this page – just fill it in and email it back to belltentparty@gmail.com.  Alternatively, give Michelle a call on 0410910337 and we can talk through your ideas.
